Meet Your Instructor: Paige Lewandrowski

Originally from Sarasota, Florida, Paige brings over six years of group fitness experience and a BFA in Musical Theatre from the University of Tampa. Her background in performance helps her create choreography that tells a story and invites every participant to feel like part of the show.

Paige’s approach to fitness is built on joy, inclusivity, and movement with purpose. She brings energy, warmth, and creativity into every session, helping clients feel comfortable, challenged, and inspired.
