What to Expect
Each class is structured in a way that builds heat, focus, and lasting postural strength. You’ll move through:
Invigorating Warm-Up
Start with gentle spinal mobilization and breathwork to awaken your body and center your focus.
Heat-Building Flow and Strength Drills
Move through a continuous series of standing yoga poses linked by breath. Within this vinyasa flow, you’ll pause periodically for strength-building drills. Expect 5 to 8 sequences of focused repetitions that challenge your core, balance, and stamina. These intervals are often done within poses like plank, down dog, or lunges, and they’re all about combining breath and strength.
Flexibility and Mobility Work
The second half of class moves to the floor with targeted mobility drills and deeper stretches for the hips and shoulders. Breath cues guide each movement, helping you soften tension and improve joint range of motion.
Ab Work and Restorative Finish
Each class ends with a Pilates-inspired ab series followed by a restorative pose designed to lengthen the spine and leave you feeling grounded and open.
Modifications and progressions are offered throughout, so you can work at your own pace and intensity.

Courtney brings more than 25 years of experience in yoga, Pilates, massage therapy, and Thai bodywork to her teaching. She’s known for creating those powerful “aha” moments when something clicks, and students feel a deep shift not just in their bodies, but in their sense of connection and awareness.
