What to Expect

This class is structured into three segments:

Core
Start on the mat with Pilates-inspired movements that target your abdominal wall and back. These exercises activate deep stabilizing muscles to build strength and support posture from the inside out.

Sculpt
Stand up for a series of full-body conditioning exercises including lunges, squats, and pliés. You’ll use light resistance tools like Pilates rings or bands to challenge major muscle groups while reinforcing balance and control. Breath cues guide each rep with intention.

Flow
End with a yoga-inspired sequence that links movement and breath. This final section slows the pace and shifts the focus toward fluid transitions, alignment, and inner stillness. Each class concludes with focused hip and shoulder stretches to restore your body and quiet your mind.

Courtney brings over 25 years of experience in yoga, Pilates, Thai bodywork, massage therapy, and functional movement to every session. She is known for helping participants unlock powerful “aha” moments, those times when a cue finally clicks and a new level of body awareness opens up.

Whether you’re working through injury recovery, learning how to breathe more fully, or looking to move with more control, Courtney’s approach is equal parts scientific and intuitive. Her classes are filled with intention, clarity, and respect for each student’s journey.
