JJ Biasucci – Personal Trainer – Yoga Teacher
JJ Biasucci is a Master Trainer and Yoga Teacher Trainer with 30 years of experience, blending strength, movement, breathwork, and recovery into a practical, results-driven approach. His training style draws from calisthenics and bodyweight work inspired by martial arts like Muay Thai, boxing, and karate, along with animal locomotion, gymnastics-based movement, and functional mobility. JJ also teaches vinyasa and alignment-based yoga supported by pranayama-based breathwork, helping clients build strength, control, and resilience from the inside out. In addition to performance training, JJ is a Recovery Professional and CASAC Substance Abuse & Mental Health Counselor, offering a trauma-informed, mind-body approach that may include integrative therapeutic methods, trancework and hypnosis, “exercise as medicine,” and philosophical inquiry, all aimed at supporting sustainable change in both training and life.
