Marco Guanilo – Owner – Personal Trainer

Marco Guanilo is the Owner and Operator of the Russian Kettlebell Certification (RKC), a Master RKC Instructor, and the founder of Momentum Fitness. With more than 25 years in the fitness industry, Marco has built his career around one simple mission: helping people move better, get stronger, and build confidence that carries far beyond the gym.

As a longtime leader in kettlebell education, Marco has taught and certified coaches nationally and internationally through the RKC, helping uphold and advance the gold standard in kettlebell instruction. His work with the RKC is rooted in preserving the system’s legacy while continuing to evolve it for the next generation of coaches, teachers, and strength professionals.

Marco is also a Corrective Exercise and Injury Rehabilitation Specialist with extensive experience helping clients return to strength after injury, surgery, and physical therapy. His work with post-surgical clients, including those connected to Hospital for Special Surgery, has made Momentum Fitness a trusted destination for people looking for a safe, intelligent, and effective path back to movement, strength, and a pain-free lifestyle.

In addition to his work with kettlebells and corrective exercise, Marco is a USA Weightlifting Sport Performance Coach, PCC-certified instructor, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Pre/Post Natal specialist. His coaching blends strength training, mobility, rehabilitation, and real-world movement so clients can train smarter, move with purpose, and build strength that lasts.

Whether he is working with new clients, mentoring trainers, teaching certifications, or leading the RKC forward, Marco’s approach remains the same: meet people where they are, teach them how to move well, and help them become stronger, more capable versions of themselves.
