A fusion of Pilates core work and barre-inspired strength to sculpt and tone from head to toe. Expect precise, controlled movements using light weights, bands, and bodyweight to build strength, stability, and flexibility. All levels welcome.

🔥 Full Body Barre Burn
High-energy barre focused on endurance, control, and total-body sculpting. Small, deliberate ranges of motion create a deep burn while improving posture, balance, and muscular stamina. Modifications provided.

🌊 Core Sculpt Flow (CSF)
A breath-guided blend of Pilates core, strength-based sculpting, and flowing sequences. Improve alignment, mobility, and body awareness while building a strong, supported core. Accessible progressions for every level.

Take 10 or more classes per month? 

Take advantage of our Monthly Subscription options and save! Monthly classes expire one month from initial use and classes DO NOT roll over. Unlimited class subscriptions are not transferable and must be used by the person named on the account. 10 Class Passes are shareable but must be all used in the allotted time frame.
