Sarah’s training philosophy centers on building confidence through small wins and proper form. She believes that when you understand what you’re doing and why, confidence follows naturally. Her Pilates and yoga background shows up in every session through an emphasis on core strength, balance work, and breath awareness.
As a National Board Certified Health and Hormone Specialist, Sarah takes a body-aware approach to programming. She considers where clients are in their cycle and any hormonal factors that might affect energy or intensity needs. This awareness helps her tailor workouts to support how clients actually feel, not just what’s written in a plan.
Sarah’s sessions typically begin with stretching and core activation, move into strength training with balance work integrated throughout, and close with core exercises and stretching. She’s intentional about checking in with clients every few weeks to highlight improvements they’ve made since starting, helping them see progress they might otherwise overlook.

Sarah specializes in helping women build strength while addressing the unique factors that affect their training. Her hormone health certification allows her to adjust intensity and programming based on hormonal factors, creating workouts that work with a client’s body rather than against it.
Her Pilates certification (including training for expecting mothers) and 250-hour Vinyasa yoga background influence how she teaches strength training. Form and core strength come first in everything she does. Balance work is integrated throughout sessions, and she consistently reminds clients about their breath because, as she puts it, so many people forget to breathe during exercise.
One recent success: Sarah worked with a postpartum mother struggling with lower back pain. Through focused programming, the client improved her range of motion, balance, and back pain to levels comparable to pre-pregnancy.
