Amanda is a former competitive gymnast and coach, bringing years of experience and energy to every session. While studying biomedical engineering at Duke University, Amanda began teaching group fitness and personal training. She specializes in functional fitness, HIIT, and calisthenics, and is committed to designing creative workouts rooted in science. Amanda is passionate about helping people get stronger while feeling confident in their bodies. Using her knowledge from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Personal Trainer and American Council on Exercise (ACE) Group Fitness Instructor certifications and lifelong love for movement, her sessions are all about pushing limits in a fun, supportive, and safe environment. Amanda is here to help you reach your goals and enjoy the process along the way.
