Victoria Mithen is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Hardstyle Kettlebell Certified Coach, Pre/Postnatal Certified Coach, professional dancer, and fitness coach based in New York City. With an extensive background in both the gym and the dance studio, Victoria brings a strong understanding of movement, technique, and performance to every class and training session.

As a lifelong dancer and collegiate athlete, Victoria developed a deep appreciation for strength, mobility, coordination, and body awareness. Her years of experience teaching dance to children, teens, and adults have shaped her ability to make movement fun, approachable, and challenging for clients of all levels.

Through her NASM certification, Victoria learned how to customize workouts around each client’s individual needs, goals, and abilities, with a strong focus on proper form, technique, and safety. Her Hardstyle Kettlebell certification adds another layer to her coaching, allowing her to help clients build strength, power, and confidence through purposeful kettlebell training.

Victoria is also certified in pre and postnatal fitness, giving her the tools to support women through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond with thoughtful, safe, and effective programming.

Whether she is coaching strength training, kettlebells, dance-inspired movement, or pre/postnatal fitness, Victoria brings energy, care, and professionalism to every session.
