OS Pro RESET Certification

Build advanced competency in the Original Strength system with 15 hours of hands-on education across two days. The Pro RESET certification goes deeper into the neurology behind the Pressing RESET method, covering the vestibular system's role in stability, head control's relationship to balance and coordination, pelvic floor health, and central nervous system principles that drive movement restoration. You'll learn the Original Strength Screen and Assessment (OSSA), reset progressions and regressions, injury pathology, and how to load movements safely. Completion qualifies you to pursue OS Certified Professional status through a follow-up exam. Requires prior completion of the OS Pressing RESET certification. Early bird pricing at $509 through May 6, with standard pricing at $599 after.
RKC-D & RKC-C Kettlebell Certification Weekend

Earn two kettlebell certifications in a single weekend with the newly restructured RKC program. Day one covers the RKC-D (foundational level), where you'll master seven fundamental kettlebell exercises, four key positions, open class methodology, and a complete group programming system. Day two advances to the RKC-C level, going deep on the Hardstyle Swing and Turkish Get Up with systematic coaching methods, movement screening, and training program design. Each level includes a 100+ page manual and concludes with a physical assessment: the D-level requires a 100-meter farmer's walk at bodyweight-scaled loads, while the C-level tests your swing endurance (100 two-handed swings in 5 minutes) and Turkish Get Up technique. The RKC-C requires completion of the RKC-D, making this weekend bundle the most efficient path to both certifications. $750 for the full weekend.
Not ready for both? The RKC-D and RKC-C are also available individually. The D-Certification (September 19, $250) covers the foundational level, and the C-Certification (September 20, $500) is available to anyone who has already completed the D.

Marco Guanilo is a Master RKC Instructor and the owner of Momentum Fitness. With several years of experience using and teaching kettlebells, Marco has traveled the world certifying personal trainers on proper kettlebell technique and programming. As a Master RKC, Marco brings elite-level instruction and hands-on coaching to every workshop he leads.
