JJ Biasucci – Personal Trainer – Yoga Teacher
JJ Biasucci is a Master Trainer and Yoga Teacher Trainer with 30 years of experience who specializes in building strong, athletic bodies using calisthenics and bodyweight training influenced by Muay Thai, boxing, karate, qigong, animal locomotion, and gymnastics, with a big emphasis on real-world strength, control, and coordination. His strength coaching is also powered by clubbells and Indian clubs paired with functional movement to develop resilient shoulders, a durable trunk, and better mobility, so clients don’t just get “fit”, they get harder to break. To complement the training, JJ teaches vinyasa and alignment-based yoga and breathwork rooted in pranayama, drawing from a lifelong yoga practice and 2,000+ hours of training across multiple yoga traditions. He also brings a recovery-forward lens as a CASAC substance abuse and mental health counselor, incorporating trauma-informed and mind-body approaches, “exercise as medicine” principles, and integrative methods that support sustainable change beyond the gym floor.
