Halle is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor, Pre/Postnatal Certified Coach, and professional dancer and choreographer based in New York City. With a deep background in dance, performance, and movement education, Halle brings a unique blend of artistry, strength, and intention to every class and training session.
Growing up in Minneapolis as a competitive dancer and performer, Halle learned early on that powerful, expressive movement is built on a strong and resilient foundation. While studying Theatre and Dance at Otterbein University, she became increasingly interested in injury prevention, conditioning, and long-term performance health, which led her to pursue additional studies in Exercise Science and Health Promotion.
Today, Halle is passionate about helping clients feel strong, capable, and connected to their bodies through every stage of life, including pregnancy and postpartum. Her approach blends strength training, mobility, functional movement, and inclusive wellness to create sessions that are both effective and welcoming.
Whether she is coaching a group class, working one-on-one, or supporting clients through pre and postnatal training, Halle strives to create a positive, community-based experience where clients feel supported, encouraged, and empowered to move with confidence.
