Amanda Rosen – Personal Trainer
Amanda is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, ACE Group Fitness Instructor, RKC Kettlebell Certified Coach, Pre/Postnatal Certified Coach, and Original Strength-trained professional with a strong background in movement, performance, and corrective exercise. A former competitive gymnast and coach, Amanda brings years of experience, energy, and technical skill to every session.
While studying biomedical engineering at Duke University, Amanda began teaching group fitness and personal training, combining her love of movement with a science-based approach to coaching. Her background allows her to design creative, effective workouts that are both challenging and purposeful.
Amanda specializes in functional fitness, HIIT, calisthenics, kettlebell training, and movement-based strength work. Through her training in Original Strength, she also incorporates corrective exercise principles, resets, and mobility work to help clients move better, build resilience, and feel more confident in their bodies.
With her additional education in pre and postnatal fitness, Amanda is passionate about helping clients train safely and effectively through different stages of life. Her sessions are built around strength, confidence, and long-term progress, while still keeping the process fun, supportive, and empowering.
