Juliet Beach is an NYC-based personal trainer and group fitness instructor specializing in women’s health, strength training, and pre/postnatal fitness. Her coaching is rooted in helping women feel strong, supported, and confident through every stage of life, whether they are building a foundation, returning to movement, or working toward new strength goals.

Juliet earned her first personal training certification through ISSA in 2018 and has continued to expand her education with advanced credentials as a Resistance Training Specialist through NFPT, Fitness Nutrition Specialist through NFPT, Glute Training Specialist through ISSA, and Pre/Postnatal Coaching Specialist through Girls Gone Strong.

With a thoughtful and individualized approach, Juliet focuses on strength, resilience, proper progression, and long-term wellness. She understands that every client’s body, goals, and life demands are different, and she works to create a training experience that feels both empowering and sustainable.

Juliet is especially passionate about supporting women during major life transitions, including pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and the many seasons of strength that come before and after. Her goal is to help each client feel capable, confident, and connected to their body, both inside the gym and in everyday life.
